This is actually pretty funny. Albert, our new kitten (who is only 6 months old) has officially been determined to not actually be a cat. He is... get this... a "squo-fer". Part squirrel, part gopher. He is fond of climbing trees and then skipping around up there from branch to branch and from tree to tree just like a squirrel. He also loves- just loves- to dig. Especially for no apparent reason. But now he has anew favorite game, and it's the funniest thing. He loves, more than any other game with his people, to play "fetch". Or "get the mousie" as it's known around here.
No kidding. I thought we had adopted a cat, but it seems I was wrong.
